Sanitarium provides general information, products and exercise programs for health and wellness purposes. Our exercise programs are general in nature only. They:

are not tailored to your personal circumstances; and
do not involve supervision, coaching or personal training services.

All information provided by Sanitarium (including in relation to our goods, services or on our website) is for general information and educational purposes only. It is not medical, health or professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Before starting any exercise program or changing your diet, you should consider whether it is suitable for you and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

You should not begin or continue any activity if:

2. Exercise and Product Use

Sanitarium does not provide supervised training, and we do not monitor how you perform exercises.

Individual results from our goods and services vary. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including fitness, health or performance results.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights that cannot be excluded.
